The exam for a certificate confirming knowledge of Polish as a foreign language consists of several parts: listening, grammar, reading and understanding skills, writing and speaking.
As part of this site, I suggest that you to practice the grammar.
The tests you see below are the official przykładowe testy from the page Certyfikatpolski.pl. You can download them from the link below as a pdf — and I recommend that you do so, since there are also examples of parts of the test for reading and understanding text, writing, and speaking skills. Or, if it is more convenient for you to train grammar by filling out printouts, then also download test examples from the link.
Below — the same tests that you will find on the above links, but with a good bonus — with automatic verification of correct answers and access to online tests at any time from your computer, tablet or phone.

Important reminder: the certificate confirming knowledge of Polish as a foreign language is issued only by the State Certification Commission (Państwowa Komisja do spraw Poświadczania Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako Obcego). No other confirmations, certificates, diplomas or other documents received after completing the studies in any school have any legal force and are only informational confirmation of the fact of learning the Polish language. Those confirmations may be sufficient for some private universities. This should be found out individually in a university.
